With its Explotation & Dissemination Proposed Approach, the SYNCHRONET Consortium (Faunhofer: deliverable’s leader) aimed at defining the main dissemination ( e.g. Publicity Campaigns, Conferences, Web Portal etc) and exploitation tools to find the best ways to facilitate the commercial exploitation to make SYNCHRO-NET a commercially viable solution that allows providers and users to profit from it.
The exploitation strategy is based on:
– Stakeholder requirements review and monitoring (including input from reference projects)
– Demonstration-led marketing (3 business case demonstrators during the project)
– Open standards – easy buy-in to generate critical mass
– High Impact message – BIG savings, BIG environmental benefits
– Collaboration – Consortium Agreement (CA) and Joint Venture
