AnNa, B2MoS and WiderMoS Joint Final Event in Athens

AnNa, B2MoS and WiderMoS are happy to invite you to the Joint Final Event, scheduled to take place between the 2nd and the 4th of December 2015 in Athens, Greece.

The event will showcase the results achieved in the three projects, highlighting the successes and providing advice for future developments in the European Motorways of the Sea.

For B2MoS, the results of the pilots of 14 quick-win initiatives aiming to facilitate trade by removing obstacles to intra-Community door-to-door MoS supply chains. Some of the 14 initiatives deal with:

• Trade facilitation with ultra-peripheral regions (i.e. Canary Islands)
• Simplification of rail transit procedures
• Modernisation of port authorities’ management systems
• Promoting SSS for consolidated shipments
• Electronic archives
• Facilitation of customs and other government agencies’ inspections at ports

Additionally the results of the work done to assist port authorities, port community systems and shipping agencies to efficiently comply with the New Maritime Single Windows in Germany, UK, Greece, Slovenia, Italy and Spain will also be shown.

Delegates attending will have plenty of networking opportunities as more than 200 delegates are expected to attend the parallel sessions for the three TEN-T projects.
