The National Maritime College of Ireland (NMCI), a constituent college of Cork Institute of Technology (CIT), published the final SYNCHRO-NET Solution Vision Document. This report is the result of work undertaken by the project consortium on the WP1 task T1.3 “Vision, Requirements Specification & Success Criteria”. This report is an evolution of the draft ‘’SYNCHRO-NET Vision and Project Success Criteria Report’’ delivered in May 2016. It sets out, in end-user terms the final agreed SYNCHRO-NET vision and provides greater detail on the eco-Net, its main components, their interrelationships and the expected benefits these components will bring to end-users. This report sets out the vital advances each component represents and describes the Key Performance Indicators for supply chain stakeholders that will be used to evaluate the project’s impacts. It sets out what those impacts will be in terms of dissemination targets, adoption prospects i.e. project exploitation, policy influences and integration enhancement opportunities for EU e-freight platforms.
